Pickapeppa Pulled Chicken
2½ -3 lbs chicken breasts with ribs attached
16oz Pickapeppa Sauce
1 tbsp Pickapeppa Jerk Seasoning
1 tsp Pickapeppa Hot Pepper Sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Place all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on low setting for 4 -8 hours, stirring occasionally. Chicken is ready when it falls off the bones. Serve with rice or pasta.
