Pickapeppa Gingery Mango Sauce – 140ml

A deliciously tangy blend of mangos and ginger … just enough to get your taste buds dancing.

 

 

Mango Concentrate (35-41%)

Vinegar

Water

Raisins

Onions

Sea Salt

Ginger

Garlic

Colour (E100 (ii))

Salt

Creole Pickapeppa Mango Shrimp

1lb fresh peeled and cleaned shrimps

3 cloves of garlic minced

1 tbsp dried thyme or 2 tbsp fresh thyme

1 bottle Pickapeppa Gingery Mango Sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

 

Put all ingredients together and marinade overnight, or for at least 2 hours. Bake in a single layer casserole dish at 350ºF for at least 15 minutes. May also be grilled on a low flame is preferred. (Baking yields a softer, more moist texture.) Great as an appetiser - serves 4.
