Walkerswood Solomon Gundy is a traditional spicy smoked herring fish paste, eaten directly on crackers like pate', or blended with cream cheese for a flavourful, spicy dip. Add Walkerswood Solomon Gundy to pasta or seafood dishes for a smokey, spicy, fish flavour.

Solomon Gundy and Cream Cheese Dip
4 tbs – Plain Cream Cheese
1 Tbs – Walkerswood Solomon Gundy
Juice of ½ a lime
Fresh Parsley (garnish)
In a non-reactive bowl combine all the ingredient, except the parsley and blend. Tear the parsley leaves as garnish across the top of your dip bowl.
