Pickapeppa Hot Mango Sauce – 140ml

Sugar
Vinegar

Pepper
Onions
Spices
Salt
Mango Rice
2 cups uncooked rice
1 medium onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1 medium tomato, peeled and diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
30 oz chicken stock
¼ Pickapeppa Hot Mango Sauce
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until onions are transparent and garlic is just turning brown. Add vegetables and mix in. Add rice and mix to coat thoroughly. Add chicken stock and Pickapeppa Hot Mango Sauce. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer until all liquid is evaporated.
